Born in Kentucky in the year 1951, he has lived in the North and the South of the United States, as well as on both the Ease and West Coasts.

Coming from a middle class family, Arbra attended public schools in different states, finally receiving a degree in Business Management. Originally trained by IBM, Arbra has been a Computer Professional for over 30 years.

He started out as an Assembler Language programmer on large IBM Mainframe equipment. As the industry changed, Arbra continuously kept pace with the latest technology in the industry.
